To be eligible for a SSP funded qualification applicants must be one of the following:
- An Australian citizen
- A permanent resident of Australia
- A humanitarian refugee
- A New Zealand passport holder who has been residing in Australia for at least six
months.
In addition, applicants must also be:
- Currently living or working in New South Wales, and
- Not currently enrolled at a secondary or tertiary educational institution.
As part our contract with the New South Wales Department of Education and Training,
Business Success Group is required to charge a student administration fee, in line
with TAFE NSW fees. The fee includes all textbooks and student resources and is
the only cost associated with the program. The administration fee is payable by
either the student, or their employer.
Fees for all qualifications are charged based on the level of qualification. If
a student completes their course in under six months only the single semester fee
will be charged; otherwise the annual fee will be charged. For concessions or exceptions
to the student administration fee please read the Concession Fees and Fee
Exemptions sections below.

Concession Fees
Eligible applicants are able to waive the student administration fee and pay a concession
fee of $52.00. Applicants currently in receipt of one of the following benefits
or allowances will be eligible for the concession fee:
- Aged Pension (AGEP)
- Austudy (AUS)
- Carer Payments (CARE)
- Disability Support Pension (DSP2)*
- Exceptional Circumstances Relief Payment (ECRP)
- Farm Help Income Support (FHIS)
- Family Tax Benefit Part A (maximum rate) (FTBA)
- Mature Age Allowance (MAP)
- Newstart Allowance (NEWS)
- Parenting Payment (Single) (PPS)
- Sickness Allowance (SICK)
- Special Benefit (SPEC)
- Veterans' Affairs Payments (VAS)
- Veterans' Children's Education Scheme (VAS)
- Widow Allowance (WPA)
- Widow 'B' Pension (WIDP)
- Wife Pension (WIFE)
- Youth Allowance (YA)
Applicants who are currently a dependent child, spouse, or partner of the recipient
of one of the above benefits or allowances are also eligible for the concession
fee.

Fee Exemptions
Recipients of the Disability Support Pension are eligible for one full fee exemption
per person, per year. For subsequent enrolments in the same year, recipients are
eligible for the Concession Fee of $52.00.
Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are exempt from paying
the student administration fee.

Once your application is received and checked by a Business Success
Group Training Consultant it will be submitted with a funding request to the NSW Department of Education and Training (DET).
A funding request must be approved by NSW DET before a student can be enrolled in their nominated qualification. This process may take several weeks to complete.
