The Fee for Service Program offers our
widest range of nationally accredited qualifications.
Fee for Service qualifications are delivered on a time frame tailored to your organisation , ensuring the best balance of educational, personal and working life for your employees. Fee for Service qualifications incur a nominal
fee, however for group enrolments, optional workshops can be arranged at your place of business or a BSG training facility at no extra cost.

The E-Nable Program is an Australian Government Funded Initiative
under the Small Business Online Program.
E-Nable is a free program available to all businesses with less than 20 employees. It is designed to reduce operational costs and increase profits of participant businesses through greater participation in the digital economy.
E-nable is run with optional introductory workshops, followed by a series of online courses, where you can pick and choose from topics such as, cloud computing, mobile technology, search engine optimisation and online advertising.

Business Success Group is an accredited provider for both the
Indigenous Employment Program and the
Indigenous Business Australia Program. These funded programs offer opportunities to those of Aborigional and Torres Straight Islander
decent. Indivduals, communities and businesses are able to gain or upgrade their qualifications, recieve business mentoring and/or source financing for educational and business related projects.
Commonwealth Traineeships offer Certificate III and IV level qualifications to existing workers across a wide range of disciplines. Available throughout Australia this program is funded by the Australian Federal Government
and designed to help employees take on higher level roles.

Government Incentives
By enrolling a trainee at your organisation you may be eligible for the following government incentives:
Commencement and Completion Incentives
- For Trainees at Certificate Level II a total of up to $3700
- For Trainees at Certificate Levels III and IV incentives of a total of up to $4000
School-Based Traineeship Incentives
An additional commencement incentive of $750 may apply for employing a Trainee in an endorsed School-Based Traineeship; and another $750 for continuing to employ the trainee after they have completed Year 12.
Mature Age (45+) Traineeship Incentives
- For mature age Trainees who commence a Certificate II to IV Traineeship, a $750 incentive may apply, with an additional $750 for those Trainees, who successfully complete their training.
- Incentives may apply to new staff or existing staff with less than 3 months full time, or less than 12 months part time, tenure.
- Does not apply to casual staff.

BSG handles a majority of the paperwork for trainees, organises training, and offers ongoing support for the duration of the training contract. For more information about establishing a traineeship in your business contact

How Much Does a Traineeship Cost?
If an employer takes on a school based trainee, the course can be completed at no cost to the employer. If the trainee is a full or part time employee, training is provided at a nominal fee, which may be eligible for a 40%
discount should the trainee meet one or more of the following criteria.
- The trainee holds a Centrelink issued Health Care Card or Pensioner Card.
- The trainee is the spouse or dependant of a card holder
- The trainee was or will be under 17 before March in the year of training and has not completed year 12
- The trainee is an Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander
If the trainee is not eligible for these discounts the State Government will still fund the majority of the traineeship. Please ask our training consultants about the tuition fees for the traineeships you are interested in.
There are also a number of incentives for employers who take on trainees including wage subsidies and completion bonuses.
