NOTE to ESP's: The funding for Phase 1 & 2 for PPP has now been fully allocated. Another 15,000 training places for certificate III qualifications have been allocated but they will be rationed out each month until the end of this financial year. An additional 56,000 places have also been made available, as part of the Governments Financial Rescue Package, for Certificate II to Certificate IV level qualifications. These places are being allocated on a state-based quota system with preference given to jobseekers who have been unemployed for 12 months or more, so places are limited. We will endeavor to get as many applications approved as possible each month but we can not guarantee places will be granted. Visit the DEEWR website for the latest information.

The provision of funded training usually requires that Business Success Group work with Job Network and Employment Service Providers in the placement and management of participants into BSG programs.

Programs such as PPP require Job Network Providers to refer registered clients to BSG for training which ensures that the training is meeting the needs of participant. It is also the responsibility of JNP to ensure the eligibility of applicants they are referring to us.

BSG also works with JNP’s and ESP’s in the provision of User Choice traineeships in Queensland. These agencies work with BSG and Australian Apprenticeship Centres (AAC’s) to link employers and employees and establish training contracts.
