A qualification in Training and Assessment is an industry standard for those who wish to teach in the vocational training sector or the workplace. These qualifications are a great adjunct to any existing skills or knowledge you may have as it will enable you to teach in those areas at TAFE or in the private sector. Participants with previous ‘Workplace Assessment’ qualifications and/or experience maybe be able to undertake these qualifications through a process of recognition of prior learning (RPL) to achieve competency.
