Position Available For Contract Trainer
Business Success Group currently has an opportunity for an experienced, professional
vocational trainer to deliver face-to-face training on a contract basis. BSG provides
all the required delivery and assessment resources and provides full support through
our training management, marketing and administrative teams.
The work will involve delivery of Government qualifications from the PSP04 Training
Package, predominantly at Diploma level. The majority of work will be delivered
NSW, while some work may also be available in Queensland. As such, the position
is open to suitable applicants from either States.
Essential criteria for the position:
- Familiarity with PSP04 Public Sector training package
- Minimum TAA qualifications and current vocational competence
- Experienced in a public sector management role
- Ability to customise resources and content to client requirements
- Intermediate to advanced level IT skills
- Availability to travel extensively within NSW & QLD
- Current ABN
Other desirable qualities:
- Experience with delivery of other package qualifications
- Understanding of AQTF policies and processes
- HR and personal management experience
An attractive daily rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant including
appropriate remuneration covering all costs including: course preparation, travel,
accommodation and marking assessment.
