Business Success Group Pty Ltd (BSG) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operating throughout Australia. The company delivers specialist training services in the areas of business, management, information technology, retail and customer contact. BSG was established as a commercial operation in 1993 and has developed into one of the largest private training organisations in Queensland, employing over 20 full-time staff in a number of regional locations and delivering vocational training across a variety of National Training Packages including:

BSG offers training and assessment in a flexible format including a mix of on-site workshops, coaching and external assessment. A BSG Training Consultant is allocated to each student to monitor their training progress. Trainers can be contacted by telephone or email during business hours to provide assistance to students. Training programs can be customised for clients and scheduled to take into consideration peak work periods, availability, progress of training against planned schedules and any individual constraints (eg. annual leave, additional support etc). Our comprehensive training database monitors and tracks student progress through their studies and records all necessary reporting information.

BSG has consistently developed in size and scope and has established offices in Toowoomba, Brisbane CBD, Bundaberg, Rockhampton, Mackay and Cairns. In addition to commercial training, BSG is involved in the delivery of a broad range of specialist services including:

• National Research Projects;
• Specialist business development or training programs targeting specific groups;
• Traineeship delivery (including User Choice);
• Small business development (including NEIS);
• Employment placement programs;
• Online training delivery

Directors, Steve and Irene Dewsbery are recognised as industry leaders in vocational education in the state and have had direct input into VET reforms and initiatives at both State and National levels. Both Directors have held various positions on training advisory committees and have actively participated (and presented) at several national Vocational Education forums.
